Beyond The Bricks – Australia’s real estate industry collaborate in supporting victims of bushfire

By Baiq Zefanya Louis Ceane Bella

What a devastating summer it has been. Even with hail, thunderstorms, and rain falling across parts of the country, bushfires continue to ravage parts of Australia. Records showed more than 10.70 million hectares of land has been burned to crisp. Not only has it tragically burned down our trees, but it has also impacted our citizens, families, homes, and wildlife.

As part of the massive recovery effort, a large group of brands within the Australian real estate industry has come together as one to work with relief organisations supporting the bushfire affected communities and wildlife through a fund-raising campaign #BeyondtheBricks.

Beyond the Bricks is a three-phase plan to provide assistance not only during the crisis but to the communities most affected in the aftermath.

What’s the plan?

  1. Relief – Responding to the crisis, generating money and immediately helping people in affected areas.
  2. Rebuild – Dealing with the aftermath, looking at how our respective businesses can help rebuild communities.
  3. Restore – Supporting those affected areas moving forward by promoting tourism, spending money in communities, and more.

If you wish to donate or get involved by setting up your own fundraiser, visit www.beyondthebricks.com.au/raywhite. Alternatively, you can simply click ‘SUPPORT NOW’ at the top of this page. Your support will help make a difference.

Your donation is?

Direct to your nominated charity – 100% of your donation will be direct to the charity.
Tax Deductible – A tax receipt is issued immediately, with no fees withheld by an intermediary.
