For the third year in a row, Ray White Lidcombe has hosted a work experience student.
Anny was with us throughout last week. She gained experience in all areas of the Real Estate industry. She attended routine inspections with one of our agents. This allowed her to see what to pay attention to when inspecting a property that is tenanted. She also delivered letterbox drops, attended a rental open home inspection and learned how to prepare a Residential Tenancy Agreement. She also took part in assisting the administration staff with paperwork and filing. Her organisational skills and willingness to participate were highly appreciated throughout her time at Ray White Lidcombe.
On the final day, we all had lunch together to thank her for her time with us. We all enjoyed the cake that her Mum was kind enough to bring us, which said “It’s not a 9 to 5 job, but it’s always a party!”
