Over the last ten years, Lidcombe has seen a shift toward gentrification. It now attracts young families who are interested in the new unit developments that are also close to the station. Lidcombe is only 14km west of the Sydney CBD and it is just 10 minutes away from the Parramatta CBD.

Lidcombe’s other attractions include:

  • It is close to the M4 and M5 motorway
  • Close to Sydney Olympic Park.

Units in Lidcombe spend an average of only 35 days on the market, which is excellent. Additionally, it is a tight market considering that there are only 0.52% of stock on the market.
