The NSW clearance rate has steadied this week at 71%. However given that 201 more properties went under the hammer on Saturday than the week prior; it shows continued strength in consumer sentiment.
Throughout greater Sydney the theme was continued with results ranging from $186,000, buying 323 Great Western Highway, Lawson while the top end continued its’ recovery with 98 Balfour Rd, Bellevue Hill selling for $3,025,000, the highest and lowest result in the state respectively.
