Selling season sustained
As we enter further into Autumn there doesn’t appear to be any signs of the market slowing.
Once again the clearance rates rose. Strength throughout the market seems to be across price ranges.
The biggest result in Sydney was found at 13 John Dykes Ave, Vaucluse which was purchased for $3,350,000 while the best bargain saw 91 Carlisle Ave, Habersham selling under the hammer for $207,000.
