Six individual homes in one of Lidcombe’s most desirable streets have all sold for a record price.
Ray White Lidcombe principal Steve Duong sold all six for a total of $7.2 million. This is the highest ever sale for one single agent in Lidcombe.
It was a local developer who made this sale and according to Steven Lidcombe has become an increasingly popular residential area which has attracted many developers’ eyes.
“There is a huge demand on supply in Lidcombe and the surrounding suburbs so we certainly welcome the potential of more housing options and affordability,” said Steven.
In the past four months, Steven has sold a total value of properties he has sold in the past four months is $13,979,800.
