Steven Duong is the Director and Principal of Ray White Lidcombe. He joined the Ray White Group in 2013. Steven’s persistence and dedication are the keys to his outstanding results for all his clients. He has been in the Lidcombe and Auburn area since 2000, which has enabled him to gain a sufficient amount of knowledge regarding the local area and surrounding suburbs.

With over 12 years of experience in the property industry, Steven has held the role of a Sales Manager in a number of leading property agencies in the local area before taking the next big step in joining Australasia’s largest Real Estate Group, Ray White Group, in 2013.

“I’m not here to simply sell properties. Every home tells a story and I love that. My job is to provide an exceptionally professional selling experience for home owners whilst finding the best, most-suitable home for buyers”.

Rebecca Zhang is also a Principal at Ray White Lidcombe. She began her journey in real estate in 2007 at Ray White Head Office. Graduated with Bachelor of Commerce from University of New South Wales (UNSW), Rebecca specialises in:

  • market analysis
  • real estate business financial modelling and benchmarking
  • new business development.

She also holds the title of Head of Asian Division within Australasia’s largest Real Estate Group. Rebecca’s experience in the Airline industry as an international flight attendant for Qantas has allowed her to learn how to tailer her services to suit people from different cultures.

Sam (Asim) Kopuz is a young and highly motivated Agent, who is eager about the property industry. Having grown up in Lidcombe, Sam has years of knowledge about the local area.

He is currently studying a Bachelor of Construction Management at the University of New South Wales, which has proven to be useful in his work as a Sales Agent. Sam has also gained the necessary negotiation skills needed to secure a deal through working in retail. This has taught him the importance of utilising the appropriate marketing strategies to sell a property.

Mona Shi is the first person potential clients deal with. She is the “voice” of Ray White Lidcombe. She is fluent in Mandarin and can understand Cantonese. Mona joined the Ray White team in 2012 at Ray White Rural Head Office. She graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from University of Sydney. She is keen to expand her knowledge of the property industry, having recently completed the Certificate of Registration.
She is dedicated to excellent customer service and has outstanding organisational abilities in her role as a receptionist, providing a pivotal link between clients and staff.
