Shuyang Hong(Ernest)

Senior Property Manager

With an abundance of knowledge and industry experience, Ernest joined the award-winning team at Ray White Lidcombe in 2019, specialising in property management.

As a Senior Property Manager, Ernest's role is to incorporate all aspects of the property management operation with the assistance of Property Managers and Property Associates. Honesty, a remarkably warm personality and meticulous attention to detail, Ernest succeeds through his devotion to delivering outstanding local knowledge and results to his clients.

Prior to joining Ray White Lidcombe, having worked in a dynamic and high-intensity environment of professional property management businesses in both Perth and Sydney's Inner West, dealing with hundreds of owners and a broad cross-section of properties, Ernest ensures emphasis is placed on creating a healthy landlord-tenant relationship through proactive and transparent communication.

Being a property investor himself, Ernest understands the value of a stress-free experience when owning an investment property. Ernest utilises this knowledge as an advantage to provide a tailored approach to each and every client. Striving to go that extra mile for his clients, Ernest operates in the belief that managing each property as if it was his own is the key to achieving optimal results and exceeding client's expectations.

Not your ordinary real estate professional, Ernest creates a point of difference with his ability to speak both English and Chinese fluently. In a multicultural community such as Sydney's Inner West, Ernest is always happy to assist the Chinese-only speakers in all aspects of their real estate journey.

Ernest loves working in a team of hard working and well respected real estate professionals, endorsed by a brand with an established reputation for excellence in the marketplace.

"I believe a strong team culture paves the way for exceptional customer service delivery and I have found that at Ray White Lidcombe".
